Hot Wave Yoga 桑拿热瑜珈

Hot Wave Yoga is done in a heated  and  moistured room.  The one hour class included pranayama (breathing) and asanas (poses)  that  will help in detoxifying  and burning fats. In the heated room, the heat will make the body warm and more flexible , therefore easier to achieve the yoga poses.
