Yoga & The Used of Props - Iyengar Yoga Tradition

This workshop is conducted based on Iyengar Yoga traditions on the use of props. The use of props in yoga help students to alignment their body, help to extend the habitual limitations and make postures safer and more accessible. In this workshop we will explore the use of blocks, chairs, bolsters and ropes on the wall.
