We will be having the special session on 28th February 2015 our re-opening of studio after the Chinese New Year.
We will be gather ourselves at the studio and doing some Chakra Yoga , Yoga Trance Dance, Reiki Meditatation and OM Healing Session.
You will be releasing yourself inside out, balance of the chakra (energy wheel in the body), physical body tension, mind rejuvenating and ended with a OM Healing Session.
Lets energizes up yourself and have a great year in 2015.
The 2 hours session will be co handed by 3 person. Yoga Chakra session & Yoga Trance Dance will be done by Serine Goay . Reiki Energy Meditation will be carried out by Reiki Master Nicholas Ku and OM Healing Session will be lead by Master Mei Yee Leong the Atma Kriya Teacher.
Thereafter , we will be having our CNY gathering with pot luck party.

10.30am - OM Healing Session
11am - Reiki Healing Session
11.15am - Brunch & Games.
Please be informed that as we had limited space available, we only open to invited guest and Yoga Plus Members Only.
The Session is FREE with no charged.
Lets confirm early, as we need to prepare some food as well.
